Key Responsibilities
Monitor SQA testing performance and provide clarification and assistance to complete testing
Report all findings and test incidences in testing status reports and defect logs
Work closely with development team to develop and execute test strategies, plans, and test cases based on requirements
Perform functional, regression, integration, system, UAT, smoke, and end-to-end testing across web, API, cloud, and database environments
Build and maintain automated test scripts and frameworks using Selenium WebDriver and Visual Studio tools
Conduct API and web-services testing using SOAPUI, Postman, and XML/JSON validation
Execute accessibility testing per Section 508 and WCAG 2.0 AA standards using JAWS
Execute backend testing in SQL Server
Conduct cloud-focused QA activities within Azure environments
Participate in CI/CD workflows and version control using GitHub and related DevOps tools
Execute performance, load, and stress tests using JMeter, LoadRunner, etc.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams in an Agile/Scrum environment
Document test results, manage defects, and ensure traceability using ALM, JIRA, RTC, and Confluence
Support UAT planning, execution, and reporting, including incident and compliance documentation
Perform production validation and post-release quality checks
Ensure compliance with HIPAA, security, data governance, and accessibility requirements throughout testing
