Accountabilities
- Lead strategic enterprise deployments from planning through execution, ensuring high-quality delivery, timelines, and measurable business outcomes.
- Own end-to-end implementation strategies, including complex integrations, technical requirements, stakeholder alignment, and risk management.
- Drive deployment excellence by identifying operational inefficiencies and implementing scalable processes, automation, and tooling improvements.
- Partner with Engineering and Product teams to influence technical roadmaps through customer insights, implementation feedback, and deployment learnings.
- Coordinate cross-functional execution across Sales, Customer Success, Product, and Engineering teams to ensure seamless customer lifecycle delivery.
- Develop and maintain deployment frameworks, documentation, playbooks, and knowledge systems to improve consistency and scalability.
- Support organizational growth by forecasting implementation capacity, identifying potential delivery constraints, and reducing operational risks.
- Apply AI-driven approaches to accelerate solution design, improve workflows, and enhance deployment efficiency.
- Translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions while ensuring successful customer adoption and long-term value.

- 5+ years of experience in deployment, implementation, solutions engineering, systems architecture, or related technical roles within SaaS or enterprise software environments.
- Proven experience leading complex enterprise implementations involving APIs, SDKs, cloud integrations, and multi-stakeholder technical projects.
- Strong technical background with the ability to collaborate effectively with engineering teams and translate business needs into scalable solutions.
- Experience improving operational processes through automation, tooling, and structured deployment methodologies.
- Ability to influence senior stakeholders across Product, Engineering, Sales, and Customer Success teams.
- Strong understanding of SaaS deployment processes and the commercial impact of implementation quality on customer retention and revenue.
