Own products and major features from concept through production, iteration, and long-term ownership
Build polished customer-facing experiences using React and TypeScript
Design scalable backend systems using Python and PostgreSQL
Build AI-powered features using modern LLM technologies and AI workflows
Collaborate closely with Product Managers, Designers, and Machine Learning Engineers
Make architecture decisions, write production-quality code, and improve existing systems
Ship quickly while maintaining a high quality bar
Use AI throughout the engineering lifecycle including planning, architecture, coding, debugging, testing, documentation, and code review
Continuously improve engineering workflows by thoughtfully integrating AI into day-to-day development
Help shape how an AI-native engineering organization operates
