Key Responsibilities

Deploying, maintaining and troubleshooting high-performance compute infrastructure

Performing advanced hardware break/fix activities, diagnostics and component replacement

Supporting NVIDIA GPU platforms and ultra-high-density compute environments

Operating and maintaining Direct Liquid Cooling (DLC) systems and critical cooling infrastructure

Monitoring power, cooling and capacity across the data centre

Responding to incidents and ensuring exceptional service availability

Managing hardware assets, RMAs and lifecycle activities

Contributing to operational documentation, automation and continuous improvement
