⟢ KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Cross-functional Planning & Coordination:
- Serve as the primary point of contact between the Marketing Director and Digital & Social teams (Web, Performance, Social Media, KOL, Channel Management).
- Translate high-level marketing direction into clear Action Plans and task breakdowns for each team.
- Coordinate across teams to ensure timeline alignment and synchronized output across all channels.
Performance Tracking, Issue Diagnosis & Optimization:
- Monitor team and channel performance daily using existing tracking systems.
- Analyze key metrics: ROAS, CPA, Conversion Rate, Engagement, and other relevant KPIs.
- Proactively identify performance issues, diagnose root causes, and propose concrete, actionable solutions.
- Consolidate KPI performance reports across teams for Director review.
Execution Control & Quality Management:
- Track progress and output quality across all teams in real time.
- Push deadlines, challenge output quality, and reject deliverables that do not meet standard.
- Ensure all outputs align with business objectives and the overall marketing strategy.

Strategic Support to Marketing Director:
- Support the Director in marketing planning and performance reviews.
- Participate in campaign analysis and propose optimization directions.
⟢ REQUIREMENTS:
- 10+ years of hands-on Digital Marketing experience.
- Domain Coverage Proven experience in both Performance Marketing (Facebook, Google, TikTok Ads) and Social / Branding
- Leadership Context Experience working in cross-functional environments and coordinating multiple teams simultaneously
- Industry Advantage Agency / online entertainment experience is a strong plus.
