Key Responsibilities
Lead technical ownership of strategic key accounts, absorbing critical operational bottlenecks and stabilizing partner health
Build trusted, lasting relationships with key partners as primary technical advocate for seamless platform connectivity
Own technical roadmap for critical integrations and act as standardization advocate, decommissioning custom configurations
Translate complex technical requirements into actionable insights for non-technical stakeholders
Monitor technical KPIs, detect system anomalies and API latencies, and lead performance optimizations
