Senior IntelliSuite Application Support Engineer

Contract: 12 months (subject to extension).

Location: Amsterdam, Netherlands.

Your Profile & DNA:

We are seeking an experienced IntelliSuite Application Support Engineer with hands-on expertise in IntelliTRACS (PIM) and IntelliMATCH (DIM). The ideal candidate will have experience supporting reconciliation applications, strong SQL skills, and a solid understanding of financial data reconciliation processes. Banking domain experience is highly desirable.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Support and maintain IntelliSuite applications, including IntelliTRACS (PIM) and IntelliMATCH (DIM).
• Monitor and troubleshoot application issues to ensure high system availability.

• Analyze reconciliation exceptions and assist in resolving data discrepancies.
• Execute and support reconciliation processes in line with business requirements.
• Develop and optimize SQL queries for data analysis, troubleshooting, and reporting.
• Collaborate with business users, operations teams, and technical stakeholders to resolve application and data-related issues.
• Support application deployments and operational activities where required.
• Assist with Azure Pipeline activities for application deployment and release management.
• Prepare technical documentation, operational procedures, and knowledge articles.
• Participate in incident management, problem management, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualification & Experience

• A Bachelor's or Master's Degree or equivalent.

• Strong understanding of IntelliSuite applications.
• Mandatory hands-on experience with: IntelliTRACS (PIM), IntelliMATCH (DIM)
