Key Responsibilities

Design and build AI-powered workflows and automations that reduce manual effort and improve operational efficiency across teams.

Develop intelligent AI agents to support tasks such as information routing, decision support, and process optimization.

Prototype AI solutions using automation tools and lightweight scripting to translate business needs into functional systems.

Build and maintain integrations between business systems using platforms such as n8n, Zapier, Make, Monday.com, and Slack.

Connect tools and services via APIs and webhooks, applying JavaScript or Python where necessary to extend functionality.

Monitor, troubleshoot, and continuously optimize automations to ensure scalability, reliability, and performance.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify automation opportunities and drive process improvements.

Create clear documentation and support adoption of AI-driven workflows across the organization.

Explore and evaluate new AI technologies, running proof-of-concepts and recommending improvements to existing systems.
