Job Description
Role Description The Director of Growth Marketing is a full-time remote role responsible for driving scalable, data-informed growth across Innoveal’s offerings. This role oversees the development and execution of integrated marketing strategies that generate qualified leads, expand market presence, and support revenue goals. Day-to-day responsibilities include designing and optimizing demand generation campaigns, managing performance marketing channels, and partnering with sales and business development to align growth initiatives with pipeline targets. The Director will analyze customer journeys, define key performance metrics, run experiments to improve acquisition and retention, and refine positioning for target markets. This role also includes leading cross-functional projects, guiding a small team or external partners, and ensuring that marketing activities reflect Innoveal’s innovative engineering brand.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong Analytical Skills, including data interpretation, performance measurement, and experimentation for growth optimization.
- Candidates should possess Sales and Business Development skills to align marketing strategies with revenue objectives and support pipeline expansion.
- Candidates should possess Project Management skills to plan, execute, and coordinate cross-functional growth initiatives on schedule and within scope.
- Candidates should possess Marketing expertise, including digital marketing, demand generation, and strategic brand positioning in B2B or technology sectors.
- Experience leading growth or marketing functions in engineering, technology, or SaaS environments, with a track record of measurable impact on revenue and user acquisition.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a remote, distributed team environment.
- Proficiency with marketing automation platforms, CRM systems, and analytics tools; familiarity with A/B testing and funnel optimization techniques.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Engineering, or a related field; advanced degree or equivalent experience in growth-focused roles is beneficial.
