Key Responsibilities

Design, build, and maintain scalable automation frameworks for web, API, and distributed systems

Develop and maintain robust automated test scripts covering functional, regression, smoke, and sanity testing

Implement API automation frameworks using tools such as REST Assured, Postman/Newman, or equivalent solutions

Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines to enable continuous testing

Perform cross-browser, cross-platform, and end-to-end testing to ensure system reliability and performance

Conduct database validation using SQL to ensure data integrity across systems

Collaborate closely with developers to identify defects early and improve overall testability of applications

Support performance testing efforts using tools such as JMeter, Gatling, or k6

Perform root-cause analysis of production issues and drive long-term quality improvements

Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, backlog grooming, and retrospectives while ensuring test strategy alignment

Technical Skills Required
