Key Responsibilities

Partner with regional and district leadership to develop and execute people strategies that support business objectives, organizational capability, and long-term growth.

Lead talent and performance management initiatives by strengthening succession planning, leadership development, internal talent pipelines, and performance planning processes.

Drive recruiting and selection strategies to attract, assess, and hire high-quality leadership talent while promoting diversity and inclusive hiring practices.

Deliver and support training programs that enhance leadership effectiveness, accelerate employee development, and improve organizational performance.

Monitor employee engagement, workplace culture, and staffing stability while partnering with employee relations teams to address workplace concerns and improve retention.

Analyze workforce metrics, staffing trends, and talent data to identify opportunities, forecast future needs, and provide strategic recommendations.

Collaborate with recruiters, resource partners, and operational leaders to ensure effective workforce planning and organizational readiness.

Support change management initiatives and contribute to a positive, values-driven work environment focused on continuous improvement.
