Job Description


This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Senior Manager, Brand Strategy & Engagement based in the United States.

This senior marketing leadership role is responsible for shaping and activating brand strategy across integrated campaigns, digital experiences, and customer engagement initiatives.

You will play a key role in translating enterprise positioning into compelling narratives that resonate across diverse healthcare audiences.

The role sits at the intersection of brand strategy, storytelling, and cross-functional marketing execution, ensuring consistency across all touchpoints.

You will collaborate closely with Product Marketing, Demand Generation, Events, and Executive Leadership to align messaging with business priorities.

A key focus will be building scalable messaging frameworks, personas, and engagement strategies that support growth and market differentiation.

This position is ideal for a strategic marketer who thrives in fast-paced, collaborative environments and excels at connecting insights to impactful storytelling.

You will help shape how audiences experience the brand across campaigns, events, and digital channels.

Accountabilities

  • Partner with senior marketing leadership to define and refine enterprise and business unit positioning, ensuring alignment with strategic priorities.
  • Develop messaging frameworks, value propositions, audience narratives, and persona models grounded in customer, market, and performance insights.
  • Translate complex healthcare and business concepts into clear, compelling, and audience-centered messaging for multiple channels.
  • Ensure consistency of brand messaging across campaigns, digital experiences, events, sales enablement, and thought leadership content.
  • Collaborate with Demand Generation, Product Marketing, Analytics, and Sales teams to integrate insights into campaign strategy and execution.
  • Support event and activation strategy by aligning messaging and themes across conferences, executive engagements, and customer experiences.
  • Drive cross-functional alignment by serving as a connector across marketing, product, events, and external partners to ensure cohesive storytelling.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in brand strategy, product marketing, integrated marketing, or marketing communications roles.
  • Proven experience developing messaging frameworks, brand positioning, and audience segmentation strategies.
  • Strong ability to translate complex concepts into clear, compelling narratives across multiple audiences and channels.
  • Experience working in cross-functional environments, partnering with Product, Sales, Demand Generation, and Executive teams.
  • Strong strategic thinking skills with the ability to connect brand storytelling to business and customer outcomes.
  • Experience building personas, audience insights, and campaign messaging frameworks using qualitative and quantitative data.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills in fast-paced environments.
  • Experience in healthcare, digital health, or technology-driven industries is a strong plus.
