Key Responsibilities

Enhance and maintain foundational tools and systems for Monzo's core infrastructure

Work hands-on with Kubernetes clusters, AWS infrastructure, and configuration management using Terraform

Integrate and manage open-source components to provide robust, scalable primitives for engineering teams

Build and maintain backend services (APIs, controllers) that provide simplified self-service experience for other engineers

Design and implement services for infrastructure migrations, high-scale traffic management, and security tooling
