Key Responsibilities

Partner with customers to deeply understand business challenges and define success criteria

Design and implement end-to-end technical solutions including APIs, data pipelines, and workflow automations

Own production deployments ensuring reliability, observability, and incident response readiness

Build and maintain AI-enabled systems using LLMs, agentic workflows, and retrieval patterns

Develop measurement frameworks including KPIs, test suites, and guardrails

Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Sales, and Customer Success teams

Translate field insights into scalable patterns and product feedback
