Key Responsibilities

Maintain, enhance, and support Thinkwise-based enterprise applications

Develop enhancements, fixes, and configuration changes using Thinkwise Software Factory and IAM

Design and maintain data models, business logic, and UI components (Web & Windows)

Work with REST APIs (Indicium layer) and support integrations with enterprise systems like AS400 and SAP

Analyze data flows, dependencies, and integration points across systems

Perform SQL-based data analysis, validation, and performance tuning

Troubleshoot Java/backend applications and resolve production issues

Handle incident triage, root cause analysis, and ITSM-based support processes

Mentor junior engineers and act as a technical lead when required
