Director, Total Rewards

This leadership role is responsible for defining and scaling a comprehensive Total Rewards strategy that shapes how employees are compensated, supported, and recognized across a fully remote, mission-driven organization. You will design and govern compensation, benefits, payroll, and recognition frameworks that reflect both equity principles and organizational values. The role requires a balance of strategic architecture and hands-on execution, ensuring systems are both compliant and deeply human-centered. You will partner closely with senior leadership to translate workforce strategy into sustainable rewards programs that support long-term growth. This position also plays a key role in strengthening employee experience across a diverse workforce, including union and non-union staff and 24/7 shift-based teams.
