Key Highlights

8+ years ERP Business Analyst experience with 5+ years in ERP transformation

Mentor junior BAs and manage UAT/cutover planning from business perspective

Key Responsibilities

Conduct end-to-end business analysis including requirement elicitation, gap analysis, and current/future state mapping

Collaborate directly with C-level executives and stakeholders to facilitate workshops and discovery sessions

Translate complex business needs into clear functional specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria

Evaluate, recommend, and drive process improvements across Finance, Supply Chain, Procurement, HR, and Manufacturing domains

Serve as thought leader and SME in ERP best practices, system integration, data migration, and business readiness

Lead and mentor junior BAs and SMEs to promote consistency in analysis practices and documentation standards

Support system configuration reviews, user acceptance testing (UAT), and cutover planning from a business process perspective

Create and deliver high-quality presentations, process flows, business cases, and executive updates

Manage cross-functional workshops involving IT, vendors, business users, and external consultants
