Key Responsibilities
Design high-converting static ad creatives for Meta campaigns across Instagram and Facebook placements
Apply direct response design principles including clear visual hierarchy, benefit-led messaging, and strong CTAs
Produce multiple creative variations and size adaptations for testing across placements
Collaborate with the marketing team on briefs, iterate quickly based on performance feedback, and maintain quality across high output volumes
Design email marketing templates and campaign layouts in collaboration with the brand's copywriter
Ensure email designs are visually clean, on-brand, and optimized for readability and click-through across devices
Support campaign design for promotional sends, product launches, and automated flows
Adapt templates and layouts based on campaign objectives and audience segments
Support broader design needs including landing page assets, promotional graphics, and campaign collateral
Maintain visual consistency with brand guidelines across all performance and marketing outputs
Collaborate with the senior in-house designer on projects requiring coordination between brand and performance creative
