Key Responsibilities
Own the dedicated hackathon sponsorship inbox and manage inbound requests
Draft organizer replies and handle edge cases outside standard automation
Kick off sponsorship process for new and returning organizers
Pull event history and send standardized sponsorship forms
Process participant coupon codes through AI email-validation workflow
Load clean emails and codes into redemption spreadsheet
Provide live support in hackathon Discord channel
Troubleshoot participant redemption issues
Keep sponsorship spreadsheet current and track event outcomes
Escalate cash and financial sponsorship requests to internal team
Manage approximately 20 active organizer conversations simultaneously
