Key Responsibilities

Own and evolve the end-to-end revenue operations infrastructure, including CRM systems, GTM tools, sales engagement platforms, enrichment tools, and related revenue technologies

Design, optimize, and continuously improve cross-functional go-to-market workflows to ensure data accuracy, operational efficiency, and seamless handoffs across teams

Build and scale automated funnel and pipeline systems supporting multiple GTM motions, including sales-led, product-led, inbound, and partner channels

Partner with engineering and data teams to align system architecture, ETL pipelines, and data warehouse integration for clean and reliable revenue data

Develop and maintain reporting frameworks and dashboards that improve visibility into funnel performance, conversion rates, pipeline health, and revenue forecasting

Lead vendor selection, implementation, and lifecycle management of revenue technology tools, ensuring ROI and scalability

Drive workflow automation initiatives that reduce manual processes, improve routing logic, and increase speed-to-lead and conversion efficiency

Support system adoption and change management across revenue teams through training, documentation, and stakeholder alignment

Partner with BizOps, analytics, and revenue leadership to translate strategic goals into operational execution
