Key Responsibilities

Design and build production-grade AI agents that automate workflows across sales, marketing, and operations

Develop modular 'AI skills' that connect to internal systems (e.g., CRM, document stores, communication tools)

Architect systems for composability ensuring outputs from one AI component can reliably feed into others

Own and evolve the internal AI development environment including tooling, templates, and best practices for building with LLMs and agent frameworks

Enable non-technical teams to build and adapt AI-driven workflows by creating intuitive abstractions, documentation, and reusable primitives

Integrate AI systems with production data sources and business tools ensuring reliability, observability, and maintainability at scale

Continuously iterate on agent performance, prompt design, and system behavior based on real-world usage and edge cases
