Key Responsibilities
Keep the flow of work orders and perform root cause analysis
Monitor the flow of work orders and respond promptly to production interruptions
Solve issues in work orders/equipment in a timely manner
Maintain product quality
Monitor real-time test data and equipment performance during production
Perform routine calibrations on test stations
Document and escalate production, equipment, and quality issues
Maintain accurate shift logs and provide shift handover
Technical Skills Required
Material Engineering Mechanical Engineering Electrical Engineering
