Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage the Information Security Operations function, including oversight of Security Operations Center (SOC) activities and security operations personnel.
Develop, implement, and enhance cybersecurity operations strategies, processes, and incident response capabilities.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives across security monitoring, threat detection, vulnerability management, and security operations.
Lead and mentor a team of security professionals, fostering a collaborative, high-performing, and service-oriented culture.
Partner with internal stakeholders to strengthen the organization's security posture and ensure alignment with business objectives.
Evaluate and implement security technologies, automation initiatives, and AI-driven capabilities to improve operational effectiveness.
Oversee relationships with external security service providers and managed security partners.
Establish and maintain security operations metrics, reporting, and performance measures.
Serve as a change agent by driving modernization efforts, challenging the status quo, and implementing innovative security solutions.
Collaborate with executive leadership to support strategic cybersecurity initiatives and risk management programs.
