Key Responsibilities
Build and grow a high-performing engineering team
Lead the technical evolution of Localization Hub while ensuring continuous product development
Contribute to architecture, technical design, code reviews, and key implementation work
Drive migration of existing platform to scalable engineering architecture
Establish engineering standards, development processes, and delivery practices that scale
Partner closely with Product to translate business priorities into engineering execution
Coach engineers through regular feedback, mentoring, and career development
Drive adoption of AI where it meaningfully improves engineering productivity and product capabilities
Help establish engineering approaches that can be reused across future Building Blocks
