Key Responsibilities

Define and lead global engineering standards, capital governance, and process optimization across manufacturing operations

Develop and deploy global technical standards for can-making equipment, processes, utilities, and direct materials

Lead global subject matter experts to create and maintain engineering documentation and operational standards

Establish and govern standards for plant design, installation, commissioning, and operational execution across capital projects

Oversee capital budgeting processes, including planning, forecasting, and performance tracking for global investment portfolios

Manage governance frameworks for cost estimation, budget control, and capital project execution for large-scale programs

Collaborate with procurement and suppliers to ensure compliance with equipment specifications and change control processes

Lead evaluation and deployment of process innovations, ensuring operational readiness and performance validation

Define global specifications and change management strategies for direct materials such as coatings, inks, and varnishes

Support technical licensee and regional engineering teams through guidance, coordination, and technical governance

Partner with operational excellence teams to identify and scale best practices across global manufacturing sites
