Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage the SCADA engineering team, providing guidance and support

Design, implement, and maintain SCADA and energy management systems

Ensure connectivity and integration of energy assets (renewables, batteries, thermal assets)

Collaborate with trading, IT, and infrastructure teams

Monitor system performance and troubleshoot technical issues

Ensure compliance with cybersecurity and industry standards

Support onboarding of new assets and maintain system documentation

Develop dashboards and tools to improve operational visibility

Coordinate with external vendors and partners

Contribute to system architecture and continuous improvement initiatives

Technical Skills Required
