I. JOB PURPOSE
- The Marketing Performance Analyst is responsible for monitoring, analyzing, and optimizing marketing performance across all digital channels. This role focuses on providing accurate data insights, evaluating campaign effectiveness, supporting strategic decision-making, and identifying growth opportunities through data-driven analysis.
- The position works closely with the Digital Performance Team, Marketing Team, and other cross-functional departments to ensure reporting accuracy, operational efficiency, and continuous improvement of marketing performance.
II. JOB DESCRIPTION
1. Marketing Data Tracking & Reporting
- Collaborate with the Digital Performance Team to establish and maintain tracking systems across all marketing channels.
- Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and reliability for reporting and analysis purposes.
- Prepare and deliver daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, and yearly performance reports to management.
- Develop dashboards and reporting frameworks to monitor key marketing KPIs.
2. Data Analysis & Business Insights
- Analyze customer behavior, product performance, and campaign effectiveness to provide actionable business insights.
- Provide input data and analytical support to help the Analysis Team evaluate customer segments and product performance within the esports gaming ecosystem.
- Identify trends, opportunities, risks, and performance gaps through data analysis.
- Support forecasting, business planning, and strategic decision-making through quantitative analysis.

3. Campaign Performance Monitoring
- Monitor marketing funnels and campaign performance across multiple digital channels.
- Identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and performance issues throughout campaign execution.
- Propose optimization recommendations and improvement initiatives based on actual performance data.
- Validate and evaluate improvement initiatives through testing and result measurement.
4. Data Visualization & Tools Management
- Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualization systems using business intelligence tools.
- Ensure stakeholders have access to timely and meaningful performance insights.
- Support automation and process improvements related to reporting and analytics functions.
5. Cross-functional Collaboration
- Collaborate with Marketing, Product, Operations, and other departments to support business objectives.
- Provide analytical support for marketing initiatives and strategic projects.
- Assist HOD with assigned tasks and ad-hoc analytical projects.
III. JOB REQUIREMENTS
1. Education
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Data Analytics, Statistics, Economics, Business Administration, Information Systems, or related fields.
2. Professional Experience
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Data Analysis, Marketing Analytics, Business Intelligence, or Performance Analysis.
- Experience within Esports, Gaming, Financial Services, Advertising Agencies, Media, or Digital Marketing industries is preferred.
- Experience working with large datasets and marketing performance metrics.

3. Skills
- Proficient in Power BI, Google Data Studio, SQL, Excel, and other reporting tools.
- Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience in marketing performance analysis and KPI measurement.
- Familiarity with digital marketing channels including Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, Websites, and other online platforms.
- Ability to interpret complex data and transform findings into actionable recommendations.
- Good communication skills in both Vietnamese and English.
