Key Responsibilities
Own platform scalability, reliability, and observability across Blossom's cloud infrastructure
Lead adoption of multi-cluster architecture initiatives and tenant provisioning automation
Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines, environment automation, and internal operational tooling
Design and operate the observability platform (monitoring, alerting, dashboards) to ensure full visibility into platform health
Reduce operational risk and blast radius during incidents through proactive reliability engineering
Drive the CI/CD Modernization Program and Platform Scalability and Reliability Program
Collaborate with Engineering, DevOps, and Customer Success to support customer operational enablement
Own architecture documentation and governance for operational systems
Apply AI-assisted engineering practices to improve team productivity and platform operations
