Key Responsibilities
Define, own, and communicate the artistic vision and quality bar for the project, ensuring clarity, consistency, and alignment with game design and product strategy
Empower and direct leads and principal artists, ensuring alignment to the project vision and consistent delivery at scale
Translate creative vision into clear direction, benchmarks, and actionable guidance
Provide clear, consistent feedback at a project level, ensuring visual cohesion and addressing quality gaps early
Act as the senior point of accountability for artistic decisions, making informed trade-offs between quality, scope, and delivery
Partner with production and project leadership to ensure the creative vision is achievable within timelines and technical constraints
Contribute to project-level planning and resourcing discussions, ensuring the right capability is in place to deliver project goals
Enable and support leads to successfully manage outsourced content
Foster a collaborative, inclusive, and high-performing game team environment
Act as a key member of the Art Leadership group, contributing to the ongoing development and success of the department and our projects
