Key Responsibilities

Design and maintain data models to support analytics and reporting needs following dimensional modeling principles
Conduct cohort analysis and segmentation to optimize user acquisition, product development, and monetization efforts
Participate in collaborations with external machine learning projects to enhance data capabilities and implement cutting-edge analytical techniques
Occasionally develop and maintain core dashboards and reports for tracking key performance metrics

Job requirements
- At least 5 years of proven experience in analytics engineer roles, preferably within the B2C app industry or mobile gaming industry
- Proficiency in data analysis tools and programming languages, such as SQL, Python, etc.
- Experience with data visualization tools such as Metabase, Looker or Tableau, with a strong track record of creating intuitive dashboards and reports that communicate key metrics and trends to stakeholders.
- Experience with data transformation tools (dbt, Dataform) and version control (Git)
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets, draw meaningful conclusions, and communicate findings effectively to non-technical stakeholders.
- Excellent communication skills to present findings and collaborate with non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot technical issues.
- Familiarity with mobile analytics platforms (e.g. Adjust, Firebase) supporting effective measurement of user acquisition and engagement efforts.
- A passion for and understanding of the mobile app and mobile gaming industry, including market trends and player behavior.
