Key Responsibilities

Lead user experience from conception to launch, developing and advocating the design vision for one of the world's top entertainment apps

Manage, mentor, and support a team of product designers across iOS, Android, and web

Create user-centric designs, wireframes, prototypes, and mockups for the JustPlay app

Develop features that elevate the entire player journey, with emphasis on game discovery and loyalty gamification

Build and evolve JustPlay's design guidelines and design system

Partner closely with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to develop innovative solutions within technical constraints

Establish and maintain effective design processes that scale with your team

Foster a high-performing, growth-minded design team through mentorship and feedback
