This role is crucial for maintaining high standards of product quality and user satisfaction through comprehensive testing and continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities
- Understand new features and product flows to identify and develop test scenarios.
- Create and execute detailed test plans, test cases, regression suites, and release checklists.
- Perform manual testing across web applications, dashboards, APIs, and integrations to uncover edge cases and usability issues.
- Build and maintain automated tests using Playwright, enhancing automation coverage over time.
- Support CI/CD testing workflows and continuously improve QA coverage within pipelines.
- Utilize AI tools to generate test cases, write automation scripts, and debug failures efficiently.
- Conduct thorough API testing using Postman or similar tools.
- Identify, document, track, and verify bugs with clear reproduction steps.
