• Experience with:

- Test-Driven Development (TDD)

• Strong frontend engineering experience using:

- React.js

- Modern JavaScript (ES6+)

• Experience with CSS frameworks such as:

- Material UI
- Styled Components
- CSS Modules

• Strong understanding of:

- Frontend Performance Optimization
- Application Performance Optimization

• Ability to provide technical leadership and mentor engineers

💼 What You'll Do:

• Design, develop, and maintain enterprise-grade web applications using React, Golang, TypeScript, and PHP

• Lead full stack development initiatives and contribute to technical strategy

• Design scalable architectures capable of supporting millions of users

• Build reusable components, libraries, and platform capabilities

• Design and optimize REST APIs and backend services

• Collaborate closely with Product Managers and UX/UI teams to deliver exceptional user experiences

• Translate UI/UX designs into production-ready frontend applications

• Ensure technical feasibility and performance of frontend implementations

• Design and optimize MySQL schemas, migrations, and complex queries

• Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks across frontend, backend, and database layers

• Participate in architecture reviews, sprint planning, and technical design discussions

• Conduct rigorous code reviews and promote engineering best practices

• Mentor junior engineers and foster a collaborative engineering culture

• Communicate complex technical concepts effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders

• Contribute to platform scalability, reliability, and long-term maintainability
