The Role
We are looking for a Senior Platform Engineer to help build and scale the infrastructure powering our products, AI systems, and internal engineering workflows.
You will work closely with software engineers, machine learning researchers, and product teams to ensure our systems remain reliable, scalable, secure, and cost-efficient as the company grows.
This is a hands-on engineering role for someone who enjoys designing infrastructure, automating operations, and enabling teams to move quickly.
Responsibilities
- Design, build, and maintain cloud infrastructure on AWS.
- Improve system reliability, scalability, observability, and security.
- Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines and deployment workflows.
- Manage containerized workloads using Docker and Container Orchestration.
- Design infrastructure-as-code solutions using Terraform.
- Support engineering teams with deployment automation and operational tooling.
- Improve monitoring, logging, and incident response capabilities.
- Optimize cloud spending and infrastructure efficiency.
- Partner with AI and engineering teams to support training, inference, and data-processing workloads.
- Establish infrastructure best practices and operational standards.

Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in Platform Engineering, DevOps, Cloud Infrastructure, or related roles.
- Strong experience with AWS.
- Strong experience with Container Orchestration and Docker.
- Experience building Infrastructure as Code using Terraform.
- Experience with CI/CD systems such as GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, Jenkins, or similar.
- Experience designing and operating production systems at scale.
- Experience with monitoring and observability tools.
- Ability to troubleshoot complex distributed systems.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work independently in a remote environment.
Nice to Have
- Experience supporting machine learning or AI infrastructure.
- Experience with GPU clusters and distributed training workloads.
- Experience with Kafka, Redis, PostgreSQL, or other distributed data systems.
- Experience supporting high-traffic consumer applications.
- Experience in gaming, online platforms, or AI-driven products.
- Experience working in startup environments.
