We're looking for a Senior/Staff Backend Engineer to help scale a rapidly growing AI platform powering real-time voice applications.

You'll play a key role in designing distributed systems, scaling infrastructure from tens of thousands to hundreds of thousands of concurrent interactions, and building a purpose-built data platform for conversational AI

What You'll Do

Design and build a conversational AI database optimized for large-scale voice data

Scale infrastructure with a focus on reliability and performance.

Own core backend services built with TypeScript/Node.js and Python.

Improve observability, monitoring, and production reliability across distributed systems.

Ship quickly in a high-ownership environment with multiple production deployments per day.

What We're LookingFor

5+ years of backend or infrastructure engineering experience.

Experience building databases, distributed systems, queues, or large-scale data platforms.

Strong TypeScript/Node.js and/or Python skills.

Proven track record operating systems under significant production load.

Strong systems design, scalability, and performance expertise.

Bias toward action and a builder mentality.
