Key Responsibilities
Lead all production incidents: triage, coordinate response, communicate status, drive resolution
Own incident management process end-to-end
Lead on-call rotation: define schedules, escalation policies, response expectations
Continuously improve on-call quality and drive permanent fixes
Own and manage observability stack (Datadog, Sentry)
Ensure application performance monitoring covers critical user flows and API endpoints
Lead security incident response in coordination with Head of Security & Compliance
Technical Skills Required
Site Reliability Engineering Datadog Kubernetes (AWS EKS)
