Are you a PPC expert who speaks fluent 'Data'? Do you look beyond simple clicks and impressions to uncover the real story behind ROAS, CPA, and Conversion Rates?

If you love diving into dashboards, running A/B tests, and turn raw data into highly profitable campaigns, we want you on our team.

We are Zest Digital Marketing, a fast-growing digital agency, and we are looking for a sharp, analytical, and growth-oriented PPC Data & Optimization Specialist to manage and elevate our advertising campaigns.

What You Will Do (Key Responsibilities)

Analyze & Optimize: Continuously monitor and dissect campaign performance metrics (CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS) to identify bottlenecks and scaling opportunities.

Data-Driven Testing: Plan and execute rigorous A/B testing on ad copies, landing pages, and audience targeting to maximize conversion efficiency.

Advanced Tracking: Ensure flawless data tracking and attribution by managing Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Google Tag Manager (GTM), and conversion pixels.

Reporting & Strategy: Turn complex data sets into clean, actionable insights and performance reports (via Looker Studio/Excel) to guide budget allocation.

What We Are Looking For (Requirements)

Experience: Minimum 2–3 years of hands-on experience managing and optimizing successful PPC campaigns (Google Ads experience is a must; Facebook Ads is a major plus).

The Analytical Mind: Strong data literacy. You don’t make decisions based on gut feeling; you rely heavily on numbers and trends.

Technical Savvy: High proficiency with Google Analytics 4, GTM, and spreadsheet tools (Excel/Google Sheets for data manipulation).

Communication: Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.

Work Style: Highly organized, proactive, and capable of working independently in a remote environment.
