Job Description

We are seeking a Business Systems Analyst (BSA) to support critical Talent Acquisition and Talent Management initiatives, with a strong focus on enhancing the program.
This role will partner closely with HR stakeholders and technical teams to drive system improvements, gather and refine requirements, and lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT) efforts across key talent cycles.
This is an excellent opportunity for a BSA with hands-on UAT experience and HR systems expertise to make an immediate impact within a highly visible program.
