We are hiring for one of our clients, seeking a Training Manager to work on a contractual basis. This person will be responsible for managing training programs, potentially utilizing AI-powered job search and hiring platforms to connect talent with opportunities. The Training Manager's work will matter in the context of educating and upskilling individuals in various industries, including technology and education, to meet the demands of a rapidly changing job market.

Key Responsibilities:

• The Training Manager will be responsible for designing and delivering training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of employees or clients, utilizing expertise in adult learning principles and instructional design.

• They will assess training needs, develop curricula, and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs, ensuring they align with organizational goals and objectives.

• The Training Manager will collaborate with subject matter experts to develop and refine training content, ensuring it is relevant, engaging, and effective.

• They will utilize technology, such as learning management systems and online platforms, to deliver training programs and track participant progress.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
