Job Description:

Job Description: The successful candidate will be part of the Test Automation & Tools Development team, involved in delivering software solutions that enable automated testing of the latest automotive infotainment and connectivity technologies. You will develop and maintain automated test scripts, a test framework, and test tools.

RESPONSIBILITIES: Interface with development and test teams to understand testing requirements, and implement required test tools and tests scripts

· Develop and maintain test libraries that interface with target under test

· Develop and maintain software tools and features to assist in automated testing

· Develop and maintain test libraries that interface with test management system and defect tracking system

· Contribute to team deliverable through involvement in agile scrum development sprints

Skills Required: Python, .Net Framework, Test Automation

Skills Preferred: REST APIs, Jira, SQL, Test Cases.

Experience Required: 3+ years of experience in Python development

· Experience with automated testing environment and frameworks (ie, Slash)

· Experience with continuous integration system (Jenkins)

· Analytical with the ability to produce creative and effective software solutions to problems

· Strong verbal and written communication skills

· Strong aptitude for troubleshooting and problem-solving

Experience Preferred: Experience with REST APIs, and interfacing with Test Case management system (ie: TestRail) and Defect Tracking system (ie: JIRA)

· Experience with database (SQL)

· Ability to work in a multi-site team environment where self-driven and self-motivated capabilities are key qualities

Education Required: Bachelor’s Degree.
