Key Responsibilities

Identify operational bottlenecks, repetitive tasks, and workflow inefficiencies across business functions

Partner with Operations, Customer Support, Technology, Finance, and other stakeholders to understand processes and translate requirements into scalable automation solutions

Design, develop, and deploy production-grade automations using APIs, webhooks, integrations, and event-driven architectures

Apply AI and large language models to automate tasks such as classification, routing, summarization, information extraction, and decision support where appropriate

Integrate automation solutions with existing systems and tools while minimizing disruption to established workflows
