What You'll Do
- Build and maintain backend services, APIs, and platform infrastructure using Python
- Develop frontend features and internal tools using React and TypeScript
- Design and implement systems that support large-scale AI evaluations and benchmarking workflows
- Work closely with research and engineering teams to translate open-ended problems into production-ready solutions
- Participate in architecture discussions and code reviews
- Take ownership of projects from concept through deployment

What We're Looking For
- 2-6 years of software engineering experience
- Strong production experience with Python
- Experience building frontend applications using React and TypeScript
- Experience working with cloud infrastructure (AWS preferred)
- Demonstrated ability to independently own and ship meaningful technical projects
- Experience at a high-growth startup, top technology company, or as a founder is highly valued
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field from a strong engineering program preferred
