The Role
- Lead operations and development for high-availability AWS services (EC2, S3, Dynamo, Lambda, Bedrock) for EU customers.
- Enhance day-to-day operations, ensuring improvements in availability, reliability, latency, performance, and efficiency.
- Participate in occasional on-call rotations to resolve incidents.
- Deliver scalable services and ensure a high-availability experience for EU customers.

- EU national residing in the EU.
- Fluency in written and spoken English.
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent industry experience.
- Knowledge or experience in scripting (Bash, Python, or Ruby) or software development (Java, TypeScript, or similar).
- Strong Linux and networking fundamentals for troubleshooting and optimization.
- Be able to execute standard operating procedures and follow operational best practices.
