About The Role

We are seeking a skilled .Net/C# Developer to join our dynamic team. In this fully remote position, you will play a vital role in developing and supporting enterprise-level healthcare products and services. Your expertise will contribute to designing, coding, testing, and maintaining high-quality software solutions that address some of healthcare’s most pressing challenges. As a key member of our technical team, you will collaborate with cross-functional groups to ensure the delivery of innovative, reliable, and scalable applications that support our mission of improving health outcomes for underserved communities.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 6 years of professional experience in software development, specifically with product design and support.
• Proficiency in C# and .Net framework, with a strong understanding of object-oriented programming principles.
• Experience working with relational databases and manipulating data using SQL.
• Knowledge of cloud technologies, SaaS platforms, and software development life cycle methodologies.
• Familiarity with network architecture, system integration, and interface capabilities.
• Experience with health and human services applications is preferred.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to serve as a subject matter expert (SME) in relevant areas.

Responsibilities

• Develop, enhance, and support enterprise healthcare applications throughout the full product development lifecycle.
• Perform complex system design tasks, verify bugs, and conduct release testing to ensure high-quality deliverables.
• Investigate and resolve defects identified by quality assurance and client support teams.
• Assist in designing and delivering end-user training courses to bridge knowledge gaps.
• Collaborate with management, developers, and cross-functional teams to meet client expectations and project specifications.
• Act as a SME on market developments, product systems, network architecture, and interface capabilities.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives by providing technical expertise and innovative solutions.
• Participate in code reviews, documentation, and knowledge sharing to promote best practices.
