Maintain HR metrics, prepare leadership reports, and continuously improve HR processes.

Manufacturing company in Wichita, KS is looking for an experienced Human Resources professional to join their team. Looking for someone with a progressive career path and looking to learn and grow into a more leadership role in the next 2-3 years (Director Level).


Salary: $90,000–$110,000/year + Bonus (target of 3%-10%)

Location: Wichita, KS (Onsite) - Relocation Assistance

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (required).
  • HR Certification (PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, or SHRM-SCP) required.
  • 7+ years of progressive HR experience with a strong foundation in HR compliance and operations.
  • Multi-state employment law knowledge and payroll/benefits administration expertise.
  • Experience handling sensitive employee relations matters with confidentiality.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office and HRIS systems.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to influence and partner with executives, managers, and employees at all levels.
