The People Operations Lead will build and scale a strong function across operational excellence, Compensation & Benefits, HR systems, analytics, and process efficiency.
The role will ensure that People processes are clear, scalable, supported by reliable data, and help managers make consistent, informed decisions.
Key Responsibilities
- Team Leadership
- Lead and develop the People Operations team.
- Set priorities, goals, and quality standards.
- Build strong capabilities across C&B, systems, analytics, and process improvement.
- Operations and Process Excellence
- Define People Operations priorities with the Head of People Management.
- Improve HR processes, workflows, SLAs, and knowledge bases.
- Simplify manual work and drive automation.
- Support other People teams in improving process efficiency.
- Compensation & Benefits
- Own salary structures, benefits, rewards, and related processes.
- Support salary reviews, benchmarking, policies, and manager guidance.
- Ensure compensation decisions are consistent, transparent, and market-aligned.
- HR Systems and Analytics
- Own HiBob governance, data quality, workflows, and integrations.
- Build dashboards and regular reporting.
- Turn people data into clear insights and recommendations.
- Stakeholder Partnership
- Partner with People leaders and business stakeholders.
- Translate business needs into practical and scalable solutions.

- 7+ years of broad HR experience, including team leadership.
- Experience in People Operations, HRBP, HR leadership, or a similar multifunctional role.
- Strong knowledge of Compensation & Benefits, HR systems, people analytics, and process improvement.
- Experience designing and scaling HR processes in a growing organization.
- Strong analytical, project management, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work with senior leaders and turn business needs into practical solutions.
- Practical, structured, and hands-on leadership style.
- Fluent English (Russian or Greek is a plus)
- Experience in an international technology company.
- Experience with HiBob or a similar HRIS.
- Experience scaling People Operations for a larger organization.
