Key Responsibilities

To further accelerate their growth, they are looking for a sharp, metrics-driven Senior Performance Marketing Manager to join their flagship office in Amsterdam and help scale their global footprint.

The Mission

The client is looking for a Senior Performance Marketing Manager to strengthen their team in Amsterdam, The Netherlands, and work closely with team members based in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. In this role, the successful candidate will handle day-to-day operations such as Google Ads and programmatic campaign management, leveraging data to drive revenue for the business, and collaborating with other departments to maximize value.

Key Responsibilities
  • Campaign Ownership: Own the creation, implementation, and optimization of all display and programmatic activity for designated markets to drive direct revenue for the business. This includes hands-on banner creation and campaign publishing.
  • Google Ads Management: Manage high-volume Google Ads (Display) campaigns, ensuring that investments bring the expected revenue within the given timeframe.
  • Data-Driven Optimization: Leverage data and analytics tools to determine the effectiveness of campaigns and constantly optimize. Monitor the user journey on live pages and collaborate with the design team to optimize the conversion funnel to its full extent.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Business Development, Design, and Data & Tech teams to bring marketing campaigns to life.
  • Strategic Growth: Develop and execute localized country marketing strategies to grow and maintain market revenue.
  • Stakeholder Communication: Explain and share important marketing actions, test results, and strategies with the respective Country Focus teams.
  • Innovation: Proactively identify and test new marketing verticals, angles, and funnels.
Candidate Profile
  • Experience: 4+ years of hands-on experience with Google Ads (specifically Display) across different verticals.
  • Industry Domain: Mandatory experience in the mVAS (Mobile Value-Added Services) industry or subscription-modeled businesses.
  • Data Literacy: Highly comfortable segmenting and analyzing large data sets to optimize campaigns. Knowledge of simple data tools is considered a plus.
  • Channel Mix: Experience with additional marketing channels (Meta, TikTok, GMP) is highly advantageous.
