La Fosse have partnered with a high-growth, venture-backed fintech, building a consumer and SME financial platform. Backed by a team with experience from leading global tech and fintech companies such as Apple, Uber, Stripe and Revolut, they are now looking for a Product Growth Lead to take ownership of engagement and drive the next phase of growth.

This is a rare opportunity to own and scale a company’s growth engine end-to-end, with direct impact across acquisition, activation, retention and revenue.

What they are looking for:

• Experience operating as a Growth Product Manager, Product Growth Lead or similar within a product-led environment, minimum 6+ years of experience
• Strong track record of driving user growth across acquisition, activation, retention and monetisation

• Hands-on experience running experiments (A/B testing, funnel optimisation, cohort analysis)
• Strong analytical capability, with experience working with product data to identify and act on growth opportunities
• Exposure to lifecycle CRM or growth tooling (e.g. Braze, Branch or similar)
• Comfortable working in fast-paced environments with ambiguity and ownership
