Key Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end employee offboarding processes across multiple international jurisdictions

Provide guidance on terminations, resignations, redundancies, employment contracts, and related HR matters

Lead and support employee relations discussions including consultations, hearings, and separation processes

Coordinate with internal teams such as legal, payroll, benefits, and customer success

Draft, review, and administer termination and HR documentation

Act as first point of contact for employee relations queries

Identify opportunities to improve lifecycle processes, automation, and service delivery
