Key Responsibilities
Design, build, and maintain scalable backend systems and APIs
Develop and ship full-stack features from backend services through to customer-facing interfaces
Build reliable infrastructure that supports high-performance, real-time applications
Collaborate closely with engineering, product, and leadership teams to define and deliver new capabilities
Design systems that scale efficiently as product usage and complexity grow
Improve platform reliability, observability, monitoring, and operational tooling
Contribute to architectural decisions and long-term technical strategy
Optimize performance, security, and developer experience across the platform
Help establish engineering best practices and contribute to a strong culture of technical excellence
